Power to the People is a Scottish-wide campaign group that has been active in campaigning against the rise in energy prices. Activists in local groups in Glasgow, Dundee, Inverness and elsewhere have been campaigning around three key demands:

• A freeze on energy prices from 1 October 2022

• An end on late payment fees

• Scrapping prepayment meters 

 

PEN Scotland is proud to be working with Power to the People activists to develop educational materials and classes on the energy crisis, energy debt, and a future green energy policy for Scotland.
